General Manager (GM)

What first captivated me was the immense power of the subconscious mind. I have come to understand that so much of life is shaped by our mindset—maintaining a positive attitude, a constructive mental framework, and a strong belief in what is possible.

Since I began following Grandmaster sir's subconscious mind training, I have noticed a remarkable transformation in both my personal and professional life. Whether I am seeking mental peace, visualizing a successful outcome for an important event, or applying the Kuber Mudra to navigate something as common as a traffic jam—these techniques have proven to be incredibly effective time and again.

Through this training, Grandmaster has helped me rewire my thinking toward positivity. I feel calmer, more centered, and far more in control of situations that once felt overwhelming. Avadhut sir's guidance has made a significant difference in how I respond to challenges and how I move forward with clarity and purpose.

Even within our team, the impact has been tangible. We have become more optimistic, more cohesive, and more determined. These seemingly small wins—the moments where we have seen things shift in our favor—have built our confidence and fueled our focus. It is clear to me that this training does not only lead to success. It nurtures a powerful mindset for a more fulfilling and intentional life.

I believe that Grandmaster sir's mind training is a deeply positive engine—an engine for success, an engine for growth, an engine for peace and well-being. Any practice that radiates such positivity must be followed, must be embraced, and must be practiced with sincerity. Ultimately, it becomes a path that leads toward the Divine. It is, without a doubt, a powerful and uplifting vehicle.

Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training has helped us tremendously. It focuses on mastering the mind through self-discipline, which brings about a deep sense of inner peace. From a professional standpoint—and especially considering the nature of my portfolio—it has made a significant difference by introducing more positivity into my work and thought processes.

This training has helped me remain calm under pressure. I no longer get hyper or worked up as easily. It has had a noticeable impact both personally and professionally, allowing me to approach situations with greater clarity and composure.

To be honest, I initially enrolled in the course because it was made mandatory by Mr. Bhandari. At first, the experience felt surreal and somewhat disconnected from reality. However, once I personally engaged in the subconscious healing practices, everything changed. I began to believe in the process wholeheartedly.

Grandmaster sir's training has also fostered stronger bonds within our team. It has guided us to focus on the collective organizational goals, rather than being limited to the interests of our individual departments.

Final message: Undergo the Grandmaster's subconscious mind training with belief, do it with faith—and you will see things start to fall into place.

Sales and Marketing

Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training has been incredibly helpful in learning how to relax. When you are relaxed, you naturally become more efficient at your work. It has also enhanced my interpersonal relationships and helped me become more organized overall. Most importantly, it has instilled a habit of positive thinking, which consistently leads to better results.

Q: Has the training brought about any personal transformation?

What I can confidently say is that the training has helped me become both a better individual and a more capable professional. It has truly made a difference in how I approach life and work.

Q: What kind of mindset shift have you experienced?

After the training, I have become a much more positive thinker. I have also learned to harness the power of visualization—something I never practiced before, but now realize is an extremely effective tool.

Q: Do you apply Grandmaster sir's teachings in challenging situations?

Absolutely. Whenever we face even a hint of crisis, we come together and apply Grandmaster sir's teachings. And it genuinely works—it has helped us navigate numerous situations successfully. There is absolutely no doubt about its effectiveness.

Let me give you a few examples. There have been major events at the hotel—important ones involving high-profile dignitaries—where we needed everything to go smoothly. Before such events, we always engage in mind programming, and things unfold calmly and successfully.

On another occasion, we were hosting an outdoor function when, quite suddenly, clouds began to gather. It really looked like it might rain. So we immediately did our mental programming to ensure the event would go well—and it did! The function went perfectly, and the rain came only after everything was wrapped up. (Laughs)

Q: Have you seen any benefits specifically in Sales and Marketing?

Certainly. One noticeable change has been in the way customers respond to us. Even in situations where there may have been a lapse on our part, when we approach them to make things right, the response we receive is far more positive than before. There is a definite shift in energy and interaction.

Grandmaster sir's training is, in my experience, one of the most effective methods for managing stress. It has had a deeply positive effect on me. I used to have high blood pressure, but now I am able to maintain it well—it has come down drastically. Not only that, my voice has become noticeably calmer. This kind of self-mind control brings immense relief once you reach that inner level. It leaves you feeling fresh and renewed.

Whenever we face a challenge or are uncertain about a decision, we turn to the Grandmaster's training. I simply do mental programming in the morning, and without fail, a solution appears—often from a completely unexpected direction. A path opens up that we would never have thought of otherwise.

I remember one specific incident when my son had to attend an interview in Pune. At the time, he was in Hyderabad, and I was here in Kolkata. The interview call came unexpectedly, and I immediately passed the information to him. However, he had never traveled to Pune before and was unfamiliar with the route, logistics, and arrangements needed to get there in time. We were unsure how everything would fall into place, especially on such short notice. Then, the next morning during my meditation practice, an intuitive thought suddenly surfaced. I remembered a gentleman we had known years ago but had not been in touch with for over five years. On a sudden impulse, I looked for his contact details and managed to find them. When I reached out, he turned out to be the exact person who could help us. He stepped in, made all the necessary arrangements for travel, and ensured my son was able to board the right train on time. It felt like a divine intervention—because until that morning, we had no clear plan, and suddenly, everything aligned perfectly.

I truly believe everyone should practice Grandmaster's meditation regularly for at least five to ten minutes a day. Five minutes is not too much to give, and there is absolutely nothing to lose. It will always add something valuable to your life.

Manager, Engineering

Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training is truly essential for the kind of stressful work we do. It helps enhance concentration and focus, allowing for better decision-making. However, it is equally important to practice it regularly in order to experience its full benefits.

During the training, Grandmaster mentioned that whatever one thinks, one can make it happen. Initially, my rational engineer's mind found it hard to accept this idea. But gradually, I came to realize that if you truly believe in yourself, you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. When you adopt a positive mindset, those around you will also begin to reflect that positivity.

Can you share an example of how this mindset has helped you?

Certainly. I see its effects everywhere. For instance, I once attended a conference on the OHSAS 18001 standard. There were 15 senior professionals in the group, all with much more experience than I had. However, despite my relatively younger age, they chose me to be the leader of the group. I believe it was not just about my age or qualifications, but the way I carried myself—the confidence, the positive mindset, and the body language I projected. These subtle factors truly make a difference and even help in maintaining high energy levels.

HR Manager

Sometimes, in the afternoon, when I feel a bit stressed, I switch off the office lights, sit quietly for about 10 minutes, and practice Avadhut sir's subconscious mind meditation.

The result has been remarkable. I have become much calmer. I used to be very agitated and quick to anger, but this has completely changed. I now accept people for who they are, rather than trying to make them fit my expectations. That, by far, is the greatest benefit I have experienced. I have become more composed, and my stress levels have significantly decreased. Even when stress does rise, I now know how to manage and reduce it.

How has the training helped you in your human resources department?

It has been transformative. I have seen a noticeable shift in myself, which has helped me understand people better. I have become a much better listener and now appreciate the situations we are facing with greater clarity and empathy.

Before the Grandmaster's training, had you ever attended a similar course?

I had previously undergone a stress-relaxation course as part of an international conference, which included de-stressing exercises. However, it was not as structured or detailed as Avadhut sir's training. While it offered some relief, it did not provide the same level of lasting results or deep transformation as the subconscious mind training.

When do you typically practice the techniques you have learned from Avadhut sir?

I make it a point to practice Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training every morning, very religiously. It helps me plan my day with intention. Whenever I find myself under tension, I turn to the practice, and it always helps me relax and even improves my sleep. Additionally, with the help of the training, I have noticed that my diabetes levels have decreased as well.

I firmly believe that everyone should incorporate Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training into their routine and practice it regularly.

Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training is all about positivity. It helps you feel good about things and brings color to life. The feeling you experience after doing the Grandmaster's training is truly uplifting. It's a process of healing and nurturing positive thoughts—there is absolutely nothing negative about it. Whenever I feel a bit low, I practice the meditation technique taught in the training. I usually do this in my meditation room, and it always leaves me feeling more confident.

In what ways has Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training helped you?

It has helped me immensely. One specific example comes to mind: I once lost my wallet, which contained important documents and a substantial amount of money I had just withdrawn from the bank. In that moment, I decided to use sir's technique. I practiced the technique, and to my amazement, I found my wallet two hours later at the same shop I had visited earlier. It was exactly where I had left it.

The training has also helped me attract the right business and the right profile. By practicing Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training, I have become stronger from within.

Here at ITC, we are all deeply involved in Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training. Whenever we face a problem, we gather together and practice the techniques we have learned, and without fail, we find a solution. It has always worked for us.

For example, once we were nominated as the best spa in the country, which was a significant achievement. Additionally, whenever a customer experiences health issues, we practice Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training to help them heal. We also incorporate mind power healing during our daily meetings if someone is not feeling well.

I believe that everyone should be introduced to Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training. Everyone should learn what the Grandmaster teaches, practice it, and experience the benefits of his training. This is something truly special that not everyone has access to.

F&B

Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training is truly excellent. The most significant benefit for me is that it has helped us relax. I remember trying the wake-up technique once, and it worked. Since then, I have never failed to wake up on time. We also practice this technique frequently in the office. Personally, I use Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training before catching a train to avoid heavy traffic and ensure a smoother journey.

Anyone who practices Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training should commit to practicing the techniques regularly. It helps shift from simply wanting to do better to actually becoming better. The training provides clear direction for improvement, and I believe everyone should make it a part of their daily routine.

The impact has been remarkable. Employee satisfaction levels have risen significantly since the training was introduced. Once the department heads completed the training, their interactions with colleagues and team members improved greatly. With a large fraternity of teachers guiding us, we now have the tools and techniques to help us realize our full potential. By developing our skills and applying these techniques, we are no longer underutilizing our resources.

MG (Horticulture)

Working in the horticulture department at ITC Sonar, I spend my days caring for the hotel's gardens, ensuring they remain vibrant and welcoming. Avadhut sir's subconscious mind training has transformed how I approach my work and life. The Mental Housecleaning technique, where I say “Cancel Cancel” to negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones, has been a revelation.

Once, I was worried about a set of plants that weren't thriving despite my efforts. Negative thoughts about failing in my duties crept in, but I used the Mental Housecleaning technique to shift my mindset. I visualized the plants healthy and blooming, and within days, I noticed improvement after adjusting their care based on an intuitive solution that came during meditation. It was like Grandmaster sir's training opened a channel to solutions I wouldn't have considered before.

Guests noticed my enthusiasm and complimented my service, which felt so rewarding. I also use the Mental Housecleaning technique to clear negative thoughts when things get stressful, and it keeps me focused.

Not only did I manage everything, but a guest tipped me generously for my positive attitude. It's like sir's training helps me attract good energy.

The training has also strengthened my bond with my coworkers. We encourage each other to practice sir's techniques, like Mental Rehearsal, to improve our performance. Avadhut sir's teachings have made me proud of my work and hopeful for my future.
